Whats the rationale behind heroin being illegal and tobacco not,cant be based on od rate compared to the tobacco death rate 18,000 from smoking related disease,probably 600 ,so we can discount that.Surely logic dictates that if heroin was legally available any crime associated to it would stop.The war on drugs what a crock of shit that is by any account an abject failure,billions of dollars spent to be in a worse state than when the "war on drugs" started.
